Appointments and Reservations
We suggest booking your appointments at least one week in advance for week day appointments and two weeks in advance for Saturday appointments. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card unless your are redeeming a Gift Certificate.

Confirming and Cancellation
As a courtesy to all our clients, we will call to confirm your appointment the day before your scheduled time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment or canceling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a $10 per hour fee or deduction from value of Gift Certificate.

Payment Method and Refunds
ImageQuest accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. All sales are final. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased for any of our services and products, or in dollar amount increments. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate, please bring the certificate with you to your scheduled appointment

When to Arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to relax and fill out a brief intake form.

Arriving Late
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.

Gratuities
Our services do not include gratuities. If you feel you have received excellent service and wish to give a gratuity, you may do so at your discretion. 15% - 20% is customary. Gratuity can be paid with cash or separate check - sorry no credit cards.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off cell phones while experiencing our spa.
