Our Gift Certificates Make Excellent Gifts for All Occasions and are Excellent Gifts for Men, Women & Teens
Purchase a Gift Certificate for any of our services or products, or purchase a Gift Certificate in dollar amount increments. If you have received a Gift Certificate, please bring your Gift Certificate with you to your appointment. Gift Certificates must be redeemed within six (6) months from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates are not transferable and there are no refunds. Gift Certificates must be used for one day's visit only, not in increments unless specified for yearly packages. If you cancel appointment(s) without adequate notice, gift certificate(s) will be considered used. Please don't let this happen!

To Schedule an Appointment
Please feel free to call for an immediate appointment time. If we can work you in -- we certainly will try! Image Quest will strive to accommodate our clients with their preferred appointment time. Since our appointments are subject to availability, we recommend that you contact us at least 48 in advance or sooner if possible, so we can accommodate your scheduling preferences. If this is your first visit to Image Quest for services, we need you to arrive fifteen minutes early to provide personal and medical information. This will help us focus on your personal needs. Services available for men, women and teens 13 or older (with parents permission). Our facility is non-smoking and we request cell phones be turned off when entering to avoid interruptions of yours or others relaxation time.

Spa Packages
Gratuities are not included in the Spa Package price, but they will always be appreciated. Parties of more than four (4) will automatically be charged a 15% gratuity plus a set-up fee, if applicable. We require a credit card to confirm reservations for New Clients and all Spa Packages (card will be processed as services received for "no-shows" or last minute cancellations). All services included in the Spa Package(s) must be performed the day of the appointment. IMPORTANT! Because of the lengthy time involved in Spa package appointments, 48 hours or more notice of cancellation is always required. Please keep appointment times if possible. We appreciate your concern for our business and staff.

Payment Methods
Image Quest will accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Spa and Salon prices are subject to change without notice. (Tips must be kept separate from charge cards or checks to Image Quest for services.)

Cancellation Policy
Image Quest understands that clients sometimes need to cancel their appointments. A 24 hour cancellation notice on individual services and 48 hours for Spa packages is required to avoid being charged for a scheduled treatment or service. Gift Certificates will be considered used if cancellation or appointment change is not given in this timely manner. If you would like to be put on our waiting list, contact us and we'll be happy to accommodate you. To get on the waiting list please call (405) 275-2110. We encourage you to keep scheduled appointments if at all possible. We require a credit card to hold your appointment time with us if you are not an established client.

Basic Information for Your Visit
1. We provide shower facilities. Let us know you'd like to shower when scheduling your appointment.
2. We provide robes, slippers and body cleansers for your personal use during your visit to Image Quest, if preferred, you may bring personal robe, slippers and skin products.
3. Notify us of Special Diet Requirements when scheduling services.
4. Contact wearers, please bring your contact case and inform staff of contact use.
5. Massage clients with long hair might want to bring something to hold their hair up or we do provide caps.
6. So your relaxation is not disturbed, we request cell phones be turned off when entering any service or exercise area.
7. PLEASE do not bring valuable jewelry/belongings with you to the spa when visiting for treatments. Image Quest does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen articles.
8. NOTE: Our services and products are to encourage good health and contribute to wellness in general. You are advised to visit your personal physician for serious health concerns at all times.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds for treatments, services or products. However, Image Quest does provide Spa credit or exchange of products (minus 20% restocking fee). Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
